The following comprise reference implementations of this Implementation Guide:

Instant OpenHIE is used as the basis for the deployment of the OpenHIE stack
The DDCC transaction mediator is the Certificate Generator service
The Bulk FSH generator has a worked example of using Python with Excel for creating FHIR resources for DDCC testing.
